Terms of service

A pre-order becomes binding once we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order if a device becomes unavailable or if a listed price was clearly incorrect, and we will refund you in full if that happens.

All prices are shown in Fijian dollars and include import duty and value added tax where applicable. Delivery is free anywhere in Fiji.

We accept bank transfer and other methods listed at checkout. Your device is only ordered overseas once the agreed payment or deposit has cleared.

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Devices carry the manufacturer warranty supplied with them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Fijian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
