Refund policy

Cancel and we refund everything you have paid, including any deposit, back to the same method you used.

Once your unit has been bought and is in transit we cannot cancel it. If you no longer want it, talk to us and we will try to help, but any resale or restocking cost may be deducted.

If a device arrives faulty or is not the model you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund. Contact us within seven days of handover.

Refunds are paid in Fijian dollars to your original payment method. Bank transfers usually clear within five working days.
