Delivery and returns

Free delivery anywhere in Fiji. There is one delivery method and no extra charge, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We deliver to Viti Levu, Vanua Levu and the main outer island centres. Someone must be available to sign for the parcel.

Pre-orders usually arrive two to three weeks after confirmation. Newly released models can take longer. We keep you updated by email at each stage.

Check your device with us at handover. If it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within seven days and we will repair, replace or refund it. Because every unit is imported to order, change of mind returns are not accepted once a device has been purchased overseas.
